If you are interested in using Our Services:

1. Please review our Letter of Engagement and reach out to us at info.pr.mednav@gmail.com to schedule an appointment.

2. The initial appointment will be a video or phone consultation with one of our experts to begin the onboarding process, during which you will provide an overview of your situation, and if needed, arrangements will be made for you to send the relevant medical records to us.

3. During the initial consultation, our physician will listen to your concerns and review your records including the previous testing, diagnoses, and treatment you received.

   • The consultant will provide a perspective on your situation.

   • Point out any gaps or discrepancies in your testing, diagnosis, or treatment.

   • Answer your questions and provide you with options for next steps.

     • For many issues this initial consultation will be all that is needed

     • In other circumstances you may desire further support from our team. This might include research finding the right specialist for you and assistance getting an appointment, a session, or sessions to provide more information about the particulars of your medical condition, and more support as you go through the care process.

   • The charge for the initial consultation is $500.  Your employer may have provided you with a discount code.  If you desire additional help, the fees will depend on the circumstance and an estimate will be provided at that time.
