Pilot Rock Medical Navigator’s personalized consultations empowers you with the guidance and knowledge you need to get the best healthcare possible. We are a consulting service that helps individuals navigate the complex and often confusing world of healthcare. We understand that receiving a serious diagnosis or feeling confused about your care can be overwhelming and stressful. That's why we offer a service that provides one-on-one phone and video meetings with medical professionals. We will listen to your concerns, review your medical records, and provide advice and support.

Robert T. Sadock, MD

Dr. Sadock is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the New York University School of Medicine.  He completed his residency in internal medicine at Yale Medical Center in Connecticut.  Dr. Sadock practiced internal medicine full time  and is on the faculty of Yale Medical School. 

Over the years, he has helped hundreds of friends, neighbors, and acquaintances with their medical care, and the outcomes have been excellent. As word spread, Dr. Sadock was contacted by people referred by others from around the world. Dr. Sadock’s success in this work led to an increase in demand for his services, and he established Pilot Rock Medical Navigators in a desire to expand his efforts for the greater good.

Carol Kagdis, APRN 

Carol has been on the front lines of patient care for more than 30 years – as a nurse, nurse supervisor and later as a nurse practitioner. She has worked in hospitals, schools, clinics, and in the medical department of a major manufacturing company. She is a fierce patient advocate who is both knowledgeable and compassionate and has extensive experience navigating the complexities of the medical system. A breast cancer survivor, Carol credits Dr. Sadock with directing her to lifesaving care in the face of a dire diagnosis.
